Shootout caught on home surveillance camera leaves one dead in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Missouri — A deadly shootout was caught on home surveillance camera that claimed the life of a metro man.

According to Kansas City Police, people in two separate SUV’s started arguing, then they started shooting.

Gunshots can be heard throughout the video, then one car ends up crashing into a nearby trailer. Several people get out of the vehicle, and jump into another SUV.

Police found the body of 21-year-old, Deron Bandy inside the car that crashed. 

Police say the crime scene is about a block long, starting on Cambridge Avenue and ending on 98th Terrace, giving people living nearby a lot to talk about. 

Police are still looking for the person who shot Bandy.
